Dublin Thunder basketball Club, Situated in north Dublin and founded in 2011 are setting the benchmark for Senior Men’s basketball in Ireland. Playing over 60 games in their first season and defeating a variety of opponents from Superleague, American colleges to professional teams from Aisa wear all on the receiving end of a very impressive record of 58-2 debut season. Collected a very impressive 6 titles including the ESPN invitational and the prestigious Irish National Cup the Thunder dominated their opponents on both ends of the floor. After building an incredible momentum this season they promise to continue to raise the bar to improve where there is no off season with the Thunder as we can push even higher next season to be the nation’s number 1 team.
